My Dental Discounts ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information relating to your participation in the My Dental Discounts discount dental program.
We may collect personal information when you enroll in the program or contact us for service, including: name, mailing address, billing address, email address, and telephone number; payment and billing information; information required to administer your membership; and communications you send to us. Payments are processed by a third-party processor. We do not store full card numbers.
We use personal information to: process membership enrollment, subscription and billing; send welcome letters, billing receipts, renewal notices, and membership materials; provide customer support and respond to inquiries; administer program benefits and eligibility; maintain legal, regulatory, and record-keeping requirements; and investigate and resolve complaints or service issues.
We may share personal information only as necessary with: Gallagher Affinity Insurance Services, Inc., the discount plan organization, for benefit access, provider-network management, and regulatory compliance; service providers who perform functions on our behalf (e.g., payment processors, website service providers, mail carriers, customer-service vendors); and government agencies or regulators when required by law. Any third parties receiving information are required to protect it and use it only for authorized purposes.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse. Payment information is processed using secure, PCI-compliant systems.
We retain personal information while your membership remains active, and for the minimum period required by law after cancellation to comply with regulatory and record-keeping obligations. After retention periods expire, information is securely deleted.
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you and request that we delete it. Email support@mydentaldiscounts.com to make a request. You may also update your contact information, cancel your membership, or withdraw consent to receive communications.
The program is intended only for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Revisions will be posted on this page with the new effective date.
